Ep. 171 - Find More Time to Grow Your Business

Time seems to be that asset that entrepreneurs don’t have a lot of. If you’re feeling like you’re so busy you don’t have enough time to get everything done than this episode is for you.

While no one can gain more time in the day, you can gain more margin. That takes doing less busy work and concentrate on more productive work. This can be hard as the less productive work are things that we face at the moment like emails, texts, and  phone calls. Things that are right in front of us that we feel we need to address at the moment.

Meanwhile this pushes the more highly productive work like research and development, content development, and long term planning aside. When this gets done, who knows. So if you want to know how you can find more time so you can focus on more high priority items, than click on this episode.
