We didn’t come to this work from theory. We came from experience.
Both of us grew up in entrepreneurial households where the business always came first. The intention was good. Provide for the family, build something meaningful but the cost was real. Missed graduations, lack of connection, and work that overtook family time.
When we started our own business together, we felt the pull almost immediately. We started the same patterns of sacrificing our time, health, and relationships for the sake of growth.
That’s when we realized something important:
