We all want more love in our marriage, right? How about better love? Well, we were privileged to interview Les Parrott of Les and Leslie Parrott. Best selling authors, speakers and entrepreneurs in their own right. One of the things they have done really well in their careers is build assessments to help determine compatibility between sexes and assist married find better ways to grow stronger in their relationship. Remember EHarmony? Well, one of their assessments was the backbone behind its success.   • How did you get so passionate about marriages?

  • When helping couples you need to help them through the various sources of conflict. But it’s not often enough to tell them what to do but WHY they do it.
