Key Takeaways:
Storytelling is key to communication in marketing
Important question you need to answer for yourself: Are you a goal setter, problem solver, or opportunist?
You’ve literally had a Hall of Fame career in broadcasting, what were some of the keys to being successful in this area?
When you started out in radio, did you ever envision the success that you have had?
The ability to communicate is crucial for radio since it’s audio only, what are some keys to great communication?
Having a successful career and business is good but it’s important to pay attention to what matters in life. Your late wife faced a long period of health issues, how were you able to prioritize taking care of her with the demands of your business?
Unfortunately we share a similar sad story. Both losing our wives. That’s bad enough but the way you lost yours, no one should have to go through. Tell us a little about that and the non-profit you started because of it.
I know after losing my first wife, it just solidifies the saying, “tomorrow’s not guaranteed.” And I definitely look at life and business differently. Has anything changed for you as you move forward in life, business, and relationship?
